For the purposes of the EU/EEA data protection law (GDPR), iSolve Sp. z o.o. is the data controller of your personal data collected via this site and the newsletter.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary for the purposes described below.
Newsletter data: email address, (optionally) first name; technical consent logs (timestamp, IP, form version).
Contact & correspondence: name, email, message content, metadata necessary to handle the request.
Website usage & technical data: server logs (IP address, date/time, URL, referrer, user agent) and cookies or similar technologies necessary to run the site.
Analytics/marketing (optional): if enabled, pseudonymous identifiers and events used for audience measurement or marketing attribution. These load only after your consent.
3. Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
Sending the newsletter and managing your subscription — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
Responding to messages sent via forms or email — legitimate interest in communicating with users (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Ensuring security, preventing abuse, and maintaining availability (e.g., logs, rate-limiting) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., keeping records of consent) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Who receives your data (processors & recipients)
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (data processors). These typically include:
Email & newsletter platform: Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit).
Web hosting / infrastructure: www.lh.pl
Analytics / performance tools (if enabled): Google Analytics and tag management. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement and acts only on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., the United States). Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional measures.
6. How long we keep your data
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; consent logs may be retained for up to 3 years for compliance.
Contact messages: up to 12 months from last interaction, unless law requires longer.
Server logs: typically 30–90 days for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics data (if enabled): in line with the tool’s retention settings and only in aggregated/pseudonymous form.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object (where processing is based on legitimate interest), and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland or your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

8. How to unsubscribe or withdraw consent
Every newsletter email contains an “Unsubscribe” link. You can also email pawel@sosick.pl with your request. After unsubscribing, we stop sending you emails and keep minimal records required to document the fact and timing of your consent/withdrawal.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site (e.g., security, load balancing). Any analytics or marketing cookies are optional and load only after you provide consent via the cookie banner/preferences.
10. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be announced via the site or email.
